Burma Bites takes the flavors and dishes that have long defined our restaurants and brings them into a quicker, more everyday format. Tea leaf salad, noodle bowls, curries, fried rice — the same kitchen, built for lunch breaks, takeout dinners, and meals on the move. Nothing overly formal. Just good food, served fast, and made the same way we've always made it.
The Food
You'll recognize many of the dishes from Burma Superstar and Burma Love — tea leaf salad, coconut noodles, garlic noodles, curries, and rice bowls built around the same ingredients and flavors.
The menu moves a little faster here. More counter service. More takeaway. The same balance of sour, savory, heat, and crunch that's always been part of the cooking.
The Room
The space is smaller, more casual, and built around the rhythm of the day. People stopping in for lunch. Picking up dinner on the way home. Eating quickly or staying a little longer.
