Tea Leaf Salad Kit
Traditional fermented tea leaf salad — ready in minutes. Add protein and veggies for a complete meal.
Burmese cooking is shaped by the meeting of India, China, and Thailand — layered with spice, herbs, acidity, crunch, and long traditions around the table.
At Burma Love Foods, those flavors continue through the dishes that have defined our kitchens since the beginning.

Burma Superstar was honored to appear in one of Anthony Bourdain's carefully crafted and informative shows, Parts Unknown. A humbling opportunity to share our love for Burmese culture and cuisine with the world.
"Mr. Bourdain was not only talented, influential and a genius in showing how food is used to introduce the world to other cultures, but he also is truly one of a kind and will be missed. For us at Burma Superstar, it was a great opportunity to introduce the world to the tea leaf salad — one of Myanmar's great culinary experiences."
Through this experience, we grew to deeply admire Mr. Bourdain's talent for bridging cultural divides through his enduring passion for adventure and food. He opened doors for many of us in the U.S. to share our culture through food, and brought new culinary curiosity to audiences around the world.
It's a loss — a terrible, painful loss for family, friends, fans, and for many who have yet to discover him. We grieve today, tomorrow, and always.
